Raiding hours, Groups, Inactivity, Looting system

Raiding hours:
1) Naxxramas normal run will take place every day till naxx is cleared at 19:00 server time (this raiding hour will be allways the same untill naxxrams be on farm status) after naxx is cleared the rest of the days will be EoE runs or Naxx HC
2) VoA and OS 10-man 2 raid groups in order to avoid for our members the puging solution u must choose in which raid group u want to be
i) First raid group: Wednesday 14:00 server time VoA + OS
ii) Second raid group: Friday 17:00 server time Voa + OS

In case horde doesnt control the WG at the above hours OS raid will be done first and then VoA

3) VoA,OS and Naxx HC raids will take place Saturday and Sunday
i) VoA HC: Saturday 14:00 server time (if we control WG) and invs for Naxx HC will start at 15:00 or 16:00 depeding when the VoA HC was done
ii) OS HC: Sunday 14:00 server time after that the Saturday Naxx HC will continiue

The above raiding hours will change after we will manage to set 10 men Naxx on farm

Looting System:
1) Voa & OS :Normal and hc VoA the items will be rolled from every1 exept alts,Normal OS roll HC OS with DKP, alts will take greeding items only from any raid
2) Naxx HC : DKP system enabled! u can see your dkp at this site http://www.webdkp.com/dkp/Emeriss/Myrmidons/
u take 1 dkp from each boss u kill, -1 dkp if u dont login at the decided raid time without excuse,-5 if u miss whole raid without sending an ingame mail or post it in forum, minimum dkp bid 1 Dkp
NOTE : those that will pug HC naxxramas & HC OS its -10 dkp for them (u can pug only if u miss the guild run and have your class leaders or GM notified before u attend any puging raid)
3) Naxx normal: Here we have the Ranking System, which means that the higher rank players can choose the loots they want and take them as soon as they drop without rolling, that means they will have to pass everything else till they get their item, no1 in the same raid can take a second item in 2+ straight bosses if they r with a same armor or weapon roller, priority regardless the rank have the tanks and the healers exept the trial ones! if 2 or more tank or healers want the same item the ranking system will be applyed (for more info wisp me online dont post here)

Ranks are: Alts < Peons(trial) < Legionnaire(member) < Champion(Veteran) < Warlord(Officer-Class Leader) < Lord Of War(GM)
u will be promoted or demoted based on your contribution to the guilt,your behavior,and your raiding skills which will be evaluated by the class leaders/Gm

ALL u will come in touch with the players that u will be rolling with for the items and then u will inform your Class Leader or the GM,those that wont do the previus may lose loots!

As regards the innactivity the players that will miss raids or be online 10+ m after the scheduled hour without excuse will lose there spots, after 3 missed raids in a row will be "banned" from the next weeks raid and after 7 straight times will be kicked or permanently lose their spots

The looting rules will change after we will manage to set 10 men Naxx on farm
